Dark Theme Support

Can you add Dark Theme support for Wpf?
White windows are really annoying on the Dark Theme.
Eto is useless without dark support on Windows.

Thanks for the request. Some work has been done in #2735, but it is not complete. I was hoping to use the new themes support in .NET 9+ for Windows Forms and WPF, but it is woefully incomplete. I think this will be better with .NET 10, but I have not yet tested it.

Additionally, I would like to add a custom theme for WPF that can define its own color schemes so you can create your own themes based on that. This will take a lot of work, however.
