Large file downloads fail with length > kMaxLength #98
Description
Downloading Verifying download of a large file consistently fails around 1.4 GB mark with length > kMaxLength. I haven't tested if the same happens with uploads but it's likely.
Since you can't really push Node over 1.7 GB memory we need streams.
