Starting/Completed emails

It would be nice to be able to tell hubot that I am starting an deploy and have it send the email out. Then in the same fashion it could send the "all clear" when complete.

Starting Deploy

Hubot command: hubot shipping code

I am going to begin this week's release in a few minutes. I will email when it has been
completed.

I just cut and pasted the emails, but now that I am looking at it, we should make it more generic. That way anyone can do it.

I totally get the need for this functionality. I'm not sure why this should be in a chat bot. I would see it more in the deploy tool itself.

I agree, however this is just a quick fix for EY. In AWS I will start
using capistrano for deploys, then eventually write my own deploy tool. In
my own deploy tool I will have it handle the emails.

I can live without this feature if there isn't any time for it.
