Blacklist ignored for work profile applications

Hello,

All notifications from the work profile apps are being read. Only a few apps are whitelisted, but none of those from the work profile. What's more, my work profile is supposed to be confidential.

To Reproduce

1. Have notification enabled apps in a work profile
2. Setup only one app to be whitelisted in VN, the later being installed in the default profile
3. Wait for or trigger a notification from an app of the work profile : it should be read even if the app is not whitelisted.

Expected behavior
Only whitelisted apps get their notification read, whatever profile is active.

Technical information:

• Voice Notify version: 1.4.4
• Device model: Fairphone
• OS: Android 13
• Installed from: F-Droid
• App language: System: French
• Text-To-Speech engine (if applicable): Sherpa

Probably applies to any kind of none default profile.

I'm guessing that Voice Notify (VN) is running at the "system" level, and it's not part of any profile. If there's a notification, then VN is going to be able to read it, as the notification is a system object. VN is not interacting with the application, just the system's notification bus.

However, if it's speaking a notification from a non-whitelisted app, that would seem to be a problem. I expect the developer would like to see the debug log from when the non-whitelisted app is spoken.

I'm just a long-term VN user, but when I had a work profile, I had VN speak my work-related notifications, and never considered that odd (but I also didn't use the same apps in both profiles, in case that's relevant.)
