Word Count extension counts full-width brackets + English incorrectly

Bug description

When selecting the text （Genistein）, the Word Count extension reports 11 words, but this is not correct. It should count as 3 units: one full-width open bracket, one English word, and one full-width closing bracket.

Example

• Selected text: （Genistein）
• Reported: 11 words
• Expected: 3 words or possibly 1 word if the whole bracketed text is treated as one.

Suggestion

Please update the regex or logic in the Word Count extension to treat:

• Full-width punctuation (such as （ and ）) as a single character
• Not split English words by every letter
• Ideally match the behavior of word processors like Pages or Word
