[Bug]: Cut placeholder text in Save Filter dialog

Expected behavior

Placeholder text is not cut

Actual behavior

Placeholder text is cut in Share with users and Share with roles entry fields

Steps to reproduce

1. Login with admin user
2. Navigate to Customer Management Framework > Customers
3. Select any filter
4. Click Save&Share filter button
