Google CalDAV backend not seeing calendars shared with us

Hi,

The Google CalDAV API seems to only see owned Calendars, not calendars shared with us - compared to Google Calendar API.

Not sure whether there's a different solution, but it might be time to move to Google Calendar API?

If the server doesn’t expose the calendars, there’s nothing we can do. A dedicated tool which integrates with their proprietary API is likely be feasible, but is out of scope here.
