CRISPResso compatibility for twinPE?

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for the most effective way to run CRISPResso for twin prime editing experiments. Currently I am attempting to analyze in HDR mode, just providing the edited sequence, but I am struggling to get high alignment percentages running this way. If anyone has experience with this or has ideas to try, I am all ears! Thanks.

Yeah, we're actively looking into how to analyze and visualize results. Currently, we've developed separate analysis approaches for 'replacement' vs 'recoding' twinPE with accompanying visualizations. Reach out to me at k.clement@utah.edu and let's talk about this more.
