Hello everyone,

First off, I want to say how much I truly appreciate all the support for this project. From those who open issues and PRs, to those who simply stop by the Discord to say hi, thank you all. ❤️

At this point, I don’t believe I can continue maintaining everything myself. I already work on Better-Auth full-time, and with other parts of life taking up time, it’s not sustainable. Because of this, the current project will be deprecated.

That said, I may refactor it into something new - still focused on plugins and libraries, but built around community maintenance rather than just me. The idea would be more of a marketplace where third-party plugins and libraries are listed, while their actual code lives in and is maintained by each individual maintainer’s own repo.

Can you mark the repo as public archive, so its easier to see? Or will packages like @better-auth-kit/tests still be maintained?

Good idea. About the tests, not too sure, probably not. If I will then I would probably release a whole new version because I think it's a mess 😅
