Add missing publication's metadata to instructions on README.md

When adding a new publication, an optional metadata is alm, but the README.md does not explain what does it stand for and when to use it.
Would be nice to add it to the Adding a Publication instructions.

The preprint optional metadata is also missing. Would be nice to add it.
