I want to thank Zander Hill from Plaid for sharing his Terraform provider for their TiDB deployment with the community. This is a fork of a Terraform provider for MySQL, and the plan is to contribute his changes upstream.

Plaid is actually using the Resource Controls configuration management in production through this Terraform provider.
