Two screenshots for my app with different names

Hi i submitted my app (quiz_app) https://github.com/AmrDeveloper/FlutterQuizGame 
but now i see 2 screenshot for my app the first with name quiz_app and the other with name riddle - Kartik Sharma
what is wrong?! It is my app
why is it mentioned by the name of another person?
