Start PIO Home Server keep installing pioarduino and platformio

%23 Description of problem
platformio and pioarduino keep being installed every time I open pioarduino and throw this error.
I have de installed - reinstalled Python and have used the get-platformio.py script.
by the way, the URL below gives me an error 404

Do not install Platformio and pioarduino at the same time. Use only one at a time. If you have other projects than espressif32 use Platformio Plugin.
