installation problems with macOS

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

platform = https://github.com/pioarduino/platform-espressif32/releases/download/stable/platform-espressif32.zip
the idf_tools.py give me an error idf_tools.py installation failed

TO REPRODUCE

close vscode
clear .platformio package directory
open vscode and run : pio run

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

idf_tools.py installation failed
