Enhancement: Starting volume as a docker parameter #3

Excellent dockerfile! Can you pull the starting volume value as a docker variable? I think it would make it more convenient for speakers with analogue controls as you could crank up the volume there and set it to say 50 in docker and then adjust it with your phone. As it is now, it's 100 and starts at max volume as soon as you connect.
