Create the home page

• checkout to develop
• Create branch from develop ft_create_home_page
• When done with your work, send a pull request to develop so the team can review

Given that I am a User
When I open the url
Then I want to see the home page (Maybe with a login/sign up, We can borrow idea from facebook, twitter, linkdn to see how they design their home page)

The branch has been push but design still need on home page. It is a start up point.
