hitArea of the base Container does not correspond to its layout size

Similarly to the bug fixed for LayoutContainer in https://github.com/pixijs/layout/pull/96, the hit area of the basic Container also does not correspond to its size if you make it bigger than its content (for example by specifying layout size directly, or using flex).
