Steps to reproduce
LayoutContainer constructor ignores the settings passed in the initial parameters, and always sets "eventMode" to be 'static'.
What is expected?
eventMode should be initialized accordint to parameters passed to the constructor
What is actually happening?
eventMode is always 'static' for new LayoutContainers
Environment
