Add resize content option

**Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved**
Sometimes content of the layout, that is not a layout, may be resizable, like nineSlicePlane for example. So we may need layout manager to adapt their size on resize.

Add and option to styles to make layout manager resize content elements that are not a layout
