Add more detectors

Below are somewhat sensitive information that needs to be protected. However, everything is anyway available in the public domain, so it matter much. Worth adding to the detector.

- Aadhaar (normal and virtual)
- Voter Id
- Apaar Id
- PAN card
- Abha Id

These 5 have the potential to destroy people's lives. So yeah, add it!
