jit.ndi.receive~ cant get signal

i installed the:

• libNDI_for_Mac.pkg
• NDIToolInstaller.pkg
• Install_NDI_SDK_v6_Apple.pkg

so i have:
/usr/local/lib/libndi.dylib
/Library/NDI SDK for Apple

i re-installed the jit.ndi forder to /User/xy/Documents/Max 8/Packages

The NDI Video Monitor get source from my phone however the max/jitter not.
Source menu shows my phone but the jit.pwindow still dark.
