Remove fork relationship to matsluni/aws-spi-akka-http

Hi!

I am trying to create a PR with the changes in matsluni#255 against this repo (pjfanning/aws-spi-pekko-http) but I am having trouble because I can't fork this repo, as I already have a fork of matsluni/aws-spi-akka-http

and I can't create a new fork

I have the pekko changes in withConnectionPoolSettingsBuilderFromAttributeMap-pekko branch, but still can't create a PR

I can't delete my current fork, because I have PRs open against matsluni/aws-spi-akka-http.

AFAICT, if you remove the fork relationship to matsluni/aws-spi-akka-http, I should be able to fork this project independently...
