It's been awhile since I last looked at this code / data. Can you point me to the code that requires that file?

The code ./modeling/training_poly_CNN.ipynb requires that file GSM3130435_egfp_unmod_1.pkl.
It is so important and contains the splited setting about training and test set.
Could you provide that file or the code processes the csv to pkl?

Hi Terry,

Is it possible that you're working with a fork? The training_poly_CNN.ipynb in this repo does not require that file (and I'm not sure where that file is coming from). Instead is loads a .csv https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSM3130435 and splits the data based on UTR sequencing counts.

I must correct a mistake, and the training_MRL_CNN.ipynb requires that file.

Unfortunately I will not be able to track down the original .pkl file, but I am nearly certain that the .csv from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSM3130435 is the same data but saved as text.
