upstream link in READMEs

I would like to see direct link for upstream project (source files eq git...) in README.md of all AppImages under pkgForge

PS: not sure where to open this issue, so point me to the right direction if I choosen wrong place

Normally if you are here searching for an appimage you already know what the upstream project is.

in my case I am tracking merged PRs in pkgforge/AM (and more places) to see apps I never heard about
