A certain Kart game does not work in multiplayer - frozen in Player select screen.

I played around in the Settings. You can suppress the applet or use differen applets (real applet or frontend). Either don't work for me. It is still frozen in the Player select screen.

I pressed the L/R button in both controllers in the start screen. Didn't work.

With Single Player everything works PERFECT with either of the two controllers.

Do you have this issue with torzu?

Anyways, run the appimage on the terminal with LD_DEBUG=libs set and then replicate the freeze and send the terminal output here.

I was just talking a big game. It worked ONCE. I tried it a second time after a torzu restart, and now it behaves like Citron :(

If I can collect some debugging info, I would be happy to. Citron works better overall. In torzu some images are not displayed.

I now tested with Citron. I think I "clicked" L1/R1 on BOTH controllers before the actual start screen (which asks you to press L/R).
So far this worked two times. Than the player selection is no problem.

Alright so everything is ok?

Be aware that a bug that happens because you pressed some buttons early on is very unlikely to be packaging related but rather an issue with the app itself.

I wouldn't say it is okay, because it works less than 50% of the time. Sometimes I have to restart 4x-5x till it works. I don't really have a clue if pressing the buttons of both controllers early is responsible.

Is there no way to debug this?

I also tried a second Linux PC. Same problem. Additionally Citron does not even start up. It doesn't print an error message when started on the console. It just doesn't start. Torzu starts. Really odd. Would be nice if one could debug this too.

Run the AppImage on the console this way:

LD_DEBUG=libs ./Citron-***-.AppImage and send the full terminal output.
