refactor: move repositories view into per-adapter section

Move repo management from a standalone sidebar view into the AdapterInfo
view as an inline section under each adapter that supports repos. Remove
View::Repositories variant, delete repositories.rs, and move repo state
into AdapterViewState. Use soar's new repo operations for toggle instead
of manual TOML editing.
