Handle "PDF" links that go to HTML #11
Description
E.g. 2013JGRA..118.4817L → http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jgra.50404/pdf , which is HTML with a PDF in an iframe.
Possible that the journal page has a link to the true PDF, but I doubt it.
