Consider JATS views in usage stats reports

JATS should be provided for download, s. #10436. After that is implemented we will implement the solution to track that JATS usage.
We can however already prepare the data model to later save that usage, and consider it in reports.
This is also needed by ORE, when we migrate their XML views to OJS.
So this issue should only consider the new data model for JATS usage, and its reporting.

On Statistics > Articles page:

• use ASSOC_TYPE_JATS to track the JATS views (in metrics_submission table)
• consider JATS views in the table on the STatistics > Articles page
• consider JATS views in the STatistics > Articles > Downlaod > Articles report
• The timeline in the graph does not consider JATS -- this still needs to be implemented, if wished/required.
