Usage with toHaveBeenCalledWith

With other primitives in Jest you can do something like:

```
expect(myFunction).toHaveBeenCalledWith(
  expect.stringMatching('test'),
  expect.closeTo(2),
);
```

It would be cool to have something similar to this.
