Decode optional SourceInfo fields

Use (.:?) with fromMaybe to default missing description_short and language, avoiding decode failures when those fields are absent. Update fetchSources to include an explicit select list (name, description_short, language) for PostgREST compatibility, and regenerate the compiled frontend/main.js accordingly.
