Add expression utility toolkit

• Able to add standardized expressions that can help users
• First think how can be done, as we only have modal, how would somebody apply that to a layer or group of layers
• Maybe a expression page, where you can select what to add where
  • option 1: list all layers, select specific layer
  • option 2: to all layers of some type or compositions
