web server doesn't works

Describe the issue

I have 1 proxy(velocity) and 2 servers(paper), I disable web servers of plan at 2 servers and enable it at velocity, web server doesn't works.

Alright that sounds like Plan is working but reverse-proxy is not (Plan redirects to the alternative ip on successful connection)
