Failure to enable GeoLocation due to Invalid License Key

Describe the issue

Plan fails to enable GeoLocation due to "Invalid license key" as it says when opening the link provided in the console log.

Why this happens

MaxMind changed their system to limit downloads to 30 / day / developer, so obviously Plan could not fulfill that due to the amount of installations. As a response, 5.6 build 2796 changed the download to be distributed via an intermediary server and the old license was disabled so that it doesn't contribute to the download limit. This way the intermediary server can still update its database and serve it forward to Plan installations.

Workaround

You can use GeoIP update program to have it update the database, since 5.5 doesn't have configuration option for the geolite download URL
