Add MSPT to Server Performance graph

I would like to be able to..

MSPT is a clearer indicator of server performance than TPS as you can be at 20TPS with 10mspt and 45mspt but 45mspt means each tick takes 4.5x longer to process than on 10mspt.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
