Can't delete serverConfiguration files

Describe the issue

I can't delete the files inside the serverConfiguration, I have duplicate servers showing up in my plan and when I try to delete them, it brings them back. I even tried deleting the plan folder completely but they keep coming back even after removing the sub server plan folders.

I'm using Bungeecord to sub servers

server Configuration only contains copies of the config files, it doesn't control which server registers itself.

You need to look at the sub servers to see which one has the duplicate name

/plan db uninstalled [I'd] and /plan servers help you delete duplicates

I deleted all of the plan folders in all my sub servers so that none of them are setup but it's still popping up that there are servers setup so. Idk how to delete it when all the sub servers are deactivated
