This looks like something related to NachoSpogot.

It's erroring inside Player#isBanned method trying to parse a date, I assume a banned field somewhere is set to have happened in month 13 which doesn't exist

I can't unfortunately do anything to fix the issue. I suggest looking at the player file with nbt editor of whoever tried to join when the error happened
