Implement proper finalize functionality for the PlatformMesh resource

Current state
When the user deletes the created PlatformMesh resource, the provisioned kubernetes resources aren't completely removed.

Todos

• make sure operator sets the owner references for all created resources, so they can be autoremoved
• check if manual cleanup is required in the Finalize() function
