Fix the kubeconfig download content to contain proper data

• the server url is wrong
• the issuer is wrong (it should point to your local cluster and not to cc-one)

So i was testing this with the latest version and this remains open. The server url in the downloaded kubeconfig in a local setup does not include the necessary :8443 port.
