Add Support for Makerdiary nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle

It's a great board, but platoformio only support the non-dongle version.
I have the actual device, if you need any info from hardware/messurements/etc. let me know.

Also support other frameworks if possible, currently even for MDK board only have Zephyr.
Arduino and straight SDK are needed.
Sometime we want using Arduino for quick build.
Sometime we need proper official SDK direct access for professional builds.

They also offered pin define headers
