Describe the bug
During the deploy hook, .platform.app.yaml calls for drush/platformsh_deploy_drupal.sh.
That file is present, but there's also a duplicate of that file here https://github.com/platformsh-templates/drupal9/blob/master/platformsh_deploy_drush.sh.
Delete the straggling file, as it's caused unnecessary confusion in at least one case.
