What are the usual weightings of Direct / None traffic

I know on the plausible docs it says it can be

• from people typing in the url / clicking on bookmarks / clicking on link in messenger apps.
• from clicking on a link in email
• when referrer header is not specified (http --> https)
• anything else ?

But which one is these is usually the most likely culprit of the direct / none traffic? Is it usually 90% coming from actual direct traffic? 50%? etc.

An overwhelming majority of my traffic is from Direct / None, and it's hard for me to believe the top source of traffic is people directly typing in the url.
