SPZ output format

SPZ Format provide good compression at greater speed than SOGS.

I would be interested if it were supported and perhaps others too. It would help to compare the visual loss of the different compression formats as well

What do you mean by greater speed? And feel free to add this yourself!

I mean greater compression speed. Right now, compressing PLY to SPZ takes a couple of seconds max, whereas PLY to SOG can take minutes to dozens of minutes

Unrelated but do you now if I can import a SOG file with drag and drop to playcanvas ?

Ah sure, OK. Well, I think most people would be happy to spend a few minutes to compress if it means their splats are less than half the size! 😉
