How does swaparr detect malicious file types?

As title.

I know or see the file being downloaded in deluge as malicious but sonarr/radarr queue is not exposing this to the API as far as i can tell. So how's swaparr aware of what file types to block/delete. As best i can tell it's not detecting them (as i don't see any information about it in the dryrun log)
