Feature suggestion: track and show results of missing/upgrade requests huntarr has made

I am referring to what I can see in the "hunt manager" section. Currently all I can see is that huntarr was busy, but I have no idea if it was effective. Any way to see the results of its actions? I mean if I see it was successful in a high percentage range then I'm fine, if it fails half the time, if it would show me the reason it failed I could then go adjust profiles or quality levels...
