The reset interval is the time window (7 days default) that Huntarr tracks each media that it conducts a search for and deselects those media from a subsequent search until the end of the window is hit. This prevents Huntarr from repeatedly cycling thru the same media with useless searches, particularly in those libraries that have a low number of wanted and cutoff unmet media. It may or may not have anything to do with your setup seeming to be 'on pause'. We'd need more info, like library size and # of wanted and # of cut off unmet items. You might want to take a look at your logs to see if searches are being made but coming up empty, which would make it seem like nothing is happening. As to API cap, that has nothing to do with it. The API cap keeps you from getting banned by the indexers by swamping them with searches. Huntarr keeps the number of searches reasonable by default, you can increase the cap but you risk getting blocked if you overdo it. IMHO best to stick with defaults. |

I have tried reading through the documentation but I cannot seem to find any reference to what the reset interval is and how to understand it.
Initially setup huntaar 2 days ago and it started going about its business marvellouslyl
Now it seems to be stuck and not progressing.
I thought it might have to do with the reset interval (?) (see pic)
does this meean that huntarr will start looking for things again on 14th of July ? or am I understading this wrong? is this what has put a "pause" on huntarr?
and what is its relation to the API cap? (if any)
ultimately this is the same question for sonarr, radarr & lidarr
just trying to figure this out, I'm sure with all the leaps and bounds in develpment, more thorough or extensive documentation might not be on the forefront just yet
have to say, enjoying huntarr so far, excellent work!
