Profile cleanup causes long wait times

Assuming multiple profiles are created on day 1, when the script is executed on day 2 there is a long wait while the "TempPlexProfile*" profiles are cleaned up.

To reproduce:

1. Go through the process of creating multiple "TempPlexProfile*" chrome profiles by running the script 5-6 times (verify multiple profiles are created in local appdata). Make sure to close the newly open chrome windows..
2. Modify the script to set cleanupDate to the current date.
3. While viewing the "TempPlexProfile*" profiles in local appdata, run the script. Take note of the rate of cleanup and the additional time it takes to open a chrome window.
