How to test ?

I ended up here looking for some kind of open source framework or software to test vocal server.

What I'ld like to do is to be able to specify a scenario like "Phone call a number, type *, wait for the end of message, type 98537#, match the confirmation message with "ok.mp3", hang. Or die error.

Maybe that's unrelated with plivo but if anyone can give me a lead ?
