Ubuntu 20.04 LTS missing python-pip

I am testing this on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:

I've seen something like this before. Perhaps the change in tasks/main.yml can help?

Ah, I neglected to mention that I was trying to set up Plone 4.3.19, using Python 2.7.

For now I've reprovisioned a Linode with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS but will come back to this.
