Separate datepicker into its own bundle #96
Description
As proposed in collective/collective.easyform#203 we could separate the datepicker bundle in order to be able to include it conditionallly.
The same should be done, in my opinion, with select2. They was moved to logged-in bundle together in 1.2.0:
