Bug description
Dear plugin owner,
I would like to request you. I have been using more reporting plugins on the GLPI 10.0.18 version. One of the reports, which is Helpdesk>Number of tickets per status and technician. We can't see the technician's name. Because we are using the employee ID in the login field. That's why we can't see the technician's name.
We are aware that the plugin provides the login name to show the technician's name. But based on our usage, we would like to see the technician's name in the report, which is filled in the last name or the first name field. Therefore, I would like to respectfully request that you please help me see the technician's name in that report.
